    I am ICICI’s credit card holder. Customer care service is extremely poor and very cumbersome for ICICI credit card holders. The computer generated system does not serve the purpose to ask for any clarification or for knowing about the deadline for payments via cheques. There is no direct access to the agent to discuss and get the problem solved immediately. I have been facing this problem continuously for last one week. I do not know on what number I can speak to the customer Care executive directly regarding due date for payment. Nor do I receive the statement either through email or regular mail to know the due dates son which I need to repay money through cheque. Please resolve this problem on priority , though you make tall claims about your efficient and customer-friendly services. The picture is just the reverse.
    I look forward to hearing from you at the soonest since I have to make payments.
